Taylor, John W. age 75 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Monday, May 23, 2022. John was born September 23, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Bernie and Mary Lou {Gillispie} Kruczek. John is preceded in death by his parents and brother Tom Kruczek. He is survived by the only woman he ever loved Marion Eldridge, married December 14, 1968, three children; Rodney (Linda) Jewett of Germantown, Ohio, Charles (Kasie) Taylor of Tipp City, Ohio, Dena (Edward) Stebbins of Farmersville, Ohio, grandchildren; Andrew Barker, LaVone Barker, Dakota (Sarah) Taylor, Troy Taylor, Peyton Taylor, brothers; Jack (Trudy) Kruczek, Michael Kruczek, sisters Mary Ann Ballard, Linda (Terry) Persinger, and cousin Sam Hobbs. John is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and special friends; Sheila and Fred Fiebiger.
John proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1963-1967 and served in the Vietnam War in 1965-1966. He was a truck driver for 41 years. He loved his family with all his heart. He loved playing cards with his dear friends and going to family reunions in Germantown, Ohio. John was a member of the Tipp City American Legion Post 586.
A visitation will be held from 11:00-1:30 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with funeral service beginning at 1:30 PM. Burial to follow with military honors at Dayton Memorial Park, Dayton, Ohio. Contributions may be made in John’s memory to the Tipp City American Legion Post 586, P.O. Box 118, Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
