Heffner, Jack M. age 73, lifetime resident of Tipp City, Ohio and local business owner passed away suddenly on Monday, February 20, 2023. Jack was born March 8, 1949 in Troy, Ohio to C. Maurice and Betty Heffner. After graduating from Tippecanoe High School (1967) he went on to become a Journeyman Machinist. He retired from Kennametal in 2014. Jack also owned the Wot-A-Dog Drive-in of New Carlisle for over 15 years. Jack was a long-standing member of the Tippecanoe Masonic Lodge No. 174. Jack was a devoted Father and is survived by his two daughters; Amanda (Jason) Mangano and Jessica (Eric) Rupnow; and sister-in-law, Lynne Heffner. He has four grandchildren: Sophia, Harper, Jillian, and Ethan and two nephews Jason (Gina) Heffner and Douglas Heffner. He was preceded in death by his parent: Maurice and Betty Heffner. And his brother, Dennis Heffner. A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Funeral service will be the following day, Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
