David Lee Morrison

Morrison, David Lee age 72 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Saturday September 23, 2023. He was born September 20, 1951 in Vincennes, Indiana to William and Doris {Baker} Morrison. David is preceded in death by his parents, first wife; Belinda Morrison, sister; Janet Kopatich and three great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife; Vicki {Piper} Morrison, Brother-in-law Steve (Ann) Piper, Brother-in-law Andy Kopatich, children; Amy Baker of Tipp City, Ohio, Jason Morrison of North Salt Lake City, Utah, Kevin (Sherri) Dale of Edinburgh Indiana and Jennifer (B.J. Schaller) Jobe of Vincennes, Indiana. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews.

He served in the Armed Forces for 23 years where he started off at the Naval Academy and retired from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sargent. He was proud of his service and patriotism for his country. Dave enjoyed bowling, golf, softball and spending time with family. He wasn’t very vocal about his faith but he loved God. He could talk sports all day but he loved the St. Louis Cardinals and his Indiana Hoosiers. He was a great dancer and he loved music. He and Vicki enjoyed Jazz band.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM until time of service at Noon on Friday September 29, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
