Schultz, Bonnie Lynne, age 79, of Upper Arlington, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at The Forum at Knightsbridge in Columbus.
Bonnie Lynne was born on November 11, 1942 in Grayson, Texas; daughter of Lt Col Leonard C. Schultz and Bonnie Frances (Yarger) Schultz. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Thomas L. and (Gloria) Schultz.
Bonnie Lynne is survived by youngest brother Timothy (Donna) Schultz of Dayton, Ohio; nephew Michael (Kelly) Schultz of Liberty Twp, Ohio; nieces Courtney and Caroline Schultz; great-niece Hannah Schultz; great-nephew Connor Schultz. She is also survived by long time loyal friends.
Bonnie Lynne was a 1960 graduate of Fairview High School, Dayton, Ohio. She was a proud member of the Scotchettes Drill Team and was May Queen of her Senior Class. During her high school years, she was employed by Rikes-Kumler department store in downtown Dayton where she found her life-long interest in fashion and home decor.
She was a graduate of The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology and was a member of Delta Gamma sorority. After graduation, she was employed by OSU Student Services - Hematology Lab where she retired after 40 years of service in 2004. She enjoyed playing tennis and bridge and supporting OSU football.
Bonnie Lynne valued family, friends and a strong work ethic—we will miss you.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:30-1:30 PM on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with funeral service beginning at 1:30 PM. Rev. Bonita Ritchie officiating. Interment at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
