Pence, William Webster "Bill" age 68 of Franklin, Ohio formerly of Tipp City passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009. He was born in Miami County, Ohio on November 4, 1941 to Waldo and Winifred {Trupp} Pence. Bill was preceded in death by his mother in 2006. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Teresa {Rossi} Pence of Franklin Township; his father, Waldo Pence of Tipp City; son, Todd (Tina) Pence of N. Little Rock, Arkansas; a step-daughter, Gina (Russell) Strickland of Liberty Township; a step-son, Neil (Teresa) Parks of Clayton and six grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Mary Strong of Muncie, Indiana, several nieces and a nephew. Bill was a Marine veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was retired from A T & T in 1990. He also worked for Priority Dispatch and Dedicated Logistics for several years before fully retiring. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Thursday, December 31, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 753 S. Hyatt St. Tipp City, burial to follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday December 30th 5 to 8 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Bill's name.
