Rose, William T. "Bill" age 71 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Tuesday November 1, 2022. Bill was born May 19, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to the late William Loyd and Hazel Marie {Milhoah} Rose. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Constance "Connie" W. {Wisler} Rose. William is survived by his brother in law, Melvin "Mel" Wisler of Bellbrook, Ohio.
