Mahaney, William Michael "Mike", 54 of Tipp City passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH following a lengthy illness. Born August 1, 1959 in Dayton, OH to William A. and Shirley {Sanders} Mahaney. He is preceded in death by his sister, Kimberlee G. Iverson in 2012. Mike is survived by his parents, William and Shirley Mahaney, and brother, Brian and his wife Brenda {Welch} Mahaney all of Tipp City, 2 nephews, William O. Iverson and Nathaniel D. Mahaney, 3 nieces, Heather Wead, Rachel Iverson and Audry Mahaney, 4 grand nieces, Savannah and Gracie Wead, Rylee and Josie Holman. Mike was a 1977 graduate of Tippecanoe High School. He spent many years in Denver, CO working as a dental lab technician, and more recently had worked for Weber Jeweler and James Free Jewelers as a master repair jeweler. He had a love for antiques, collectibles and drawing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2014 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371; Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating, burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 24th at the funeral home.
