Dicus, William "Scott" age 48 of Troy, Ohio was born July 13, 1974 in Troy Ohio went home March 31, 2023. Left to carry his love is his father William Richard Dicus, Sister Angela Baker Troy Ohio and Brother Arthur Dicus Piqua many friends best buddy Mr. Kendall Williams. Scott is now with his mother Audrey Dicus Harris, Aunt Darlene Rudisill, uncle Willie Rudisill maternal grandparents David and Norma Rudisill, step grandma Barbara. Scott loved listening to music, watching Survivor and comedy shows. He will be known for his great sense of humor and will be missed by all who knew him. Graveside service will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Maple Hill Cemetery, 800 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
