Snell, William C. Jr. "Billy" age 58 of Tipp City passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017. Born June 4, 1959 in Troy, OH to William C. Snell Sr. and Judy L. {Stum} Snell. He is survived by his parents, William and Judy, children, Regina Snell, William C. Wells, Raelyn Snell and Robert Snell. Also surviving are his brothers, Timothy (Judy) Snell, James (Susan) Snell and Brian Snell, 3 grandchildren; Tyler Snell, Ethan Kessler and Alexis Kessler along with numerous nieces and nephews. Billy was a 1978 graduate of Tippecanoe High School and had been employed by Tipp Machine & Tool as a machinist. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a fishing guide for the state of Florida. He owned and operated the Big Bash Bait Shop in Florida. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371. Visitation will be held from Noon until the time of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
