Keene, William C. "Bill" age 64 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019.  Born June 15, 1954 in Gad, West Virginia to Nile Keene and Elizabeth {Bailes} Weibley.  He is preceded in death by his father and daughter, Denise Chapas.  Bill is survived by his mother, Elizabeth (Melvin) Weibley, Carlisle, PA, children, Tabatha (Christopher) Caswell, Las Vegas, NV, Stephanie Burkitt, Wilmington, OH, Christopher (Mary) Keene, Dayton, OH and Leslie Keene, Troy, OH.  Also surviving are brother, Robert (Amy) Keene, Wilmington, OH and sisters, Linda (Todd) Brian, Mill Hall, PA, Lori (Jeff) Jackson, Gray Court, SC along with grandchildren; Bryanna (Kevin) Shahan, Alexa & Tristan Burkitt, Carson Henry, Austin Schuberg, and Autumn & Ryder Heilman and great granddaughter, McKenna Shahan.

Bill was a 1973 graduate of Middletown, PA High School.   He was an avid golfer and putt-putt golfer, enjoyed cruising and was a fan of the Dayton Dragons, Cincinnati Reds and a big Penn State fan.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.  Visitation 3:00 to 5:00 PM prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
