Seibert, William A. "Bill" age 76 of Troy, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025. He was born September 24, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Ralph C. and Alice {Franks} Seibert. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, wife Judith "Judi" A. Seibert and sister Theresa. He is survived by his daughters Christine L. (Robert "Aaron") Klump of New Richmond, Ohio and Melissa A. (Jeffrey) Laux of St. Henry, Ohio and siblings John, Ann, Eugene, Andrew, and Susan. Also surviving are grandchildren Isabelle Oiler, Brady Laux, Mara Laux, Colin Laux, John Klump and Jacob Klump and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was a graduate of Chaminade Julienne High School and studied business at Sinclair Community College. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Bill was an Assistant Branch Manager for US Bank for nearly 25 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipp City and Knights of Columbus. Bill had a deep love for music and singing, even if it was off key. He cherished his weekly Friday lunches with his buddies at Culver's and going out for veteran lunch outings with his neighbor Ed. Above all, he adored his children, grandchildren, his devoted wife, and his beloved cat, Meeko.
A visitation will be held 10:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM, Thursday, October 30, 2025 at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, 753 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Father Andrew Smith, Celebrant. Burial to follow at St. John's Cemetery, Tipp City. His family suggests that anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in Bill's honor to please consider, Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
