Heffner, Vivien Eileen, age 91 of Tipp City, Ohio died Friday, November 29, 2013 at Upper Valley Medical Center. Born June 26, 1922 in Pottersville, Indiana to Harry and Edna (Seibert) Franklin, Sr. Eileen was a retired secretary and homemaker. A member of the Church of Christ in Northridge, Tippecanoe Eastern Star, and the Monroe Grange and Farm Bureau. Preceded in death by her husband John W. Heffner in 1987. Brothers Morris, Jackie, and Harry Franklin, Jr. Surviving are her children Jerrold K. (Cheryl) Heffner, Tipp City and Sheralyn (Dominique) Cisneros, Littleton, CO. Sister Frances Sheffler, Winterhaven, FL. Granddaughter Marie (Nathan) Breitenbach and great grandchildren Aidan Heffner and Nora Breitenbach.
