Obituary

Huysman, Vivian A. age 84 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Thursday December 17, 2009. Born December 1, 1925 in Lynn, Indiana to Fred and Emma Gertrude (Shepherd) Whitehead. She was manager of The Arcade in downtown Dayton for many years, and managed numerous apartment complexes. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arnold and sister Helen Smith. Survived by her sons; Arnold Neal (Teresa) Huysman, Dayton, Keith Henry (Elaine) Huysman, Lewisburg, daughter Emily Ann Gorney, Tipp City, 7 grandchildren; Neal (Megan) Huysman, Kyle Huysman, Mark (Janelle Petry) Huysman, Rory Huysman, Seth Gorney, Elizabeth Huysman, Joseph Gorney and 1 great- grandson, Henry Neal Huysman. Vivian was a resident of Liberty Commons, and was a past president and treasurer of the Liberty Commons Association. She was a very talented seamstress and shared that talent with others through teaching. A volunteer for Tipp City Needy Basket. Her favorite time of year was Christmas, she was a friend to many and had a special love for all her grandchildren. Memorial service 8 PM Monday, December 21st at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Visitation 6 to 8 PM Monday before service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Tipp City Needy Basket in Vivian's name.
