Webb, Virginia L. age 82 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Monday, May 16, 2022. Virginia was born December 21, 1939 in Troy, Ohio to the late John Albert and Dottie {Dye} Henn. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Joe Henn. Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Warren Webb, children Tina (Kirk) Thuma of Tipp City, Debbie Kerce of Troy, and Jamie (Kelly) Stidham of Piqua, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Virginia married Warren in 1995 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. She enjoyed going to Nascar races and riding along in Warren's Dick Lavy semi to keep him company while on the road. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:30 AM Thursday, May 19, 2022 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371, followed by a service at 11:30 AM. Burial at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Virginia's honor to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
