Bryan, Viola, age 93 of Troy, Oh, formerly of Englewood, Florida, passed away Thursday February 2, 2017 at Randall Residence. She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Frances {Smith} Potts, husband, Merle Bryan in 2010 and brothers Harry Potts Jr. and Fred Potts. She is survived by her children Peggy (Ran) Chamberlain, Troy, OH, Timothy (Karen) Bryan, Centerville, OH and Janeen (Joe) Schneider, Houston, TX. Also surviving are sisters, Clara Kittles, Anna Marie Baker, both of Springfield, OH, Helen (Bill) Kennon, Englewood, FL, Barbara Eaton, San Antonio, TX, 2 grandchildren, Annette (Roland) Molina and Becky (Paul) Morris and 4 great grandchildren. Viola had worked as a secretary for D.E.S.C. in Kettering, OH. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Springfield, OH. Viola enjoyed singing, dancing and traveling. She will be remembered fondly as a wonderful mother and grandmother. A Celebration of Life will be held at The First Baptist Church of Kettering, 3939 Swigart Road, Dayton OH, 45440 on Sunday February 19, 2017 between 3:00 - 5:00. A memorial service and burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday March 18, 2017 at Venice Memorial Gardens, Venice, FL. Please make contributions in loving memory of Viola to Crossroads Hospice.
