Roark, U. S. age 76 of Tipp City passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2015. Born April 24, 1939 in Barbourville, KY to Lawrence Roark and Martha {Collett} Slusher. Preceded in death by his parents and daughter Darlene Carter. U.S. was a wonderful and loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Terry (Moore) Roark, 2 children, son Wayne {Penny} Roark and daughter Donna {Steve} Gaston, 4 grandchildren, granddaughters Chelsie {Zakk} Roark, Chasity Roark and Charlie Roark, grandson Brandon Gaston,1 sister Virgie {Donnie} Hatfield, 3 brothers, Lee {Karen} Roark, Lawrence {Jeanette} Roark Jr., and Lester {Janice} Roark and sister-in -law Jan {Rick} Kozlowski.
