Tragg R.
Coey
January 16, 1961 – December 10, 2017
Coey, Tragg R. It is with great sadness that the family share the news of Tragg's passing. At his home on Sunday, December 10, 2017 he went suddenly but peacefully in his sleep to be with his mother, Mary F. {Haynes} Coey and granddaughter, Chloe Benton who preceded him in death. He is survived by his father, Robert L. Coey, Sr., brother, Robert L. "Rob" Coey, Jr., sister, Joni Clark, wife, Rose {Weitzel} Coey, daughter, Heather Coey, stepdaughter, Tammy Reams, stepson, Steven Reams, stepson, Mark McCullough, grandson, Jalen Young, Harley and Andrew Benton, great grandchild, Carter "Peanut" Young and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is extended family, Sonya Brown and Salom Young. Tragg was a graduate of Tipp City High School. He was an employee of F & P of America for more than 20 years. He loved working, NASCAR, watching "Street Outlaws" with his grandson Jalen, eating at Texas Roadhouse, his dogs, fishing, woodworking and moving his rocks around his driveway (inside joke with all of us because we would tease him about moving the rocks at the end of his driveway all the time.) He was a genuinely good hearted person. If someone needed something and he could do it or get it he would, even if it meant the shirt off his back. He loved to "shoot the shit", as he would say with anyone. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all till we meet again. Rest in heaven Tragg; Love you!
