Smith, Tommy "Woody" age 69 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.  Born November 5, 1949 in Evarts, KY to Leland and Maxine {Moore} Smith; who precede him in death.  Tommy is survived by his daughter, Colleen (Mike) Diamond, Covington, OH and son, Jeff Smith, Troy, OH, sisters, Betty (Lonnie) Fairchild, Troy, OH, Kathy (Bill) Travis, Troy, OH, Lynn Smith, Evarts, KY and Jackie Smith, Chicago, IL and grandchildren, Colin, Macy, Dylan, Lexi, Zander and Lybi and his special friends, Gary and Loretta Houser.

Tommy was a life member of the Eagles Lodge, was a big Chicago Cubs Fan and enjoyed fishing and traveling with friends.
