Pelphrey, Suzan Lynette age 58 of Galena, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was born October 9, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio to Leroy and Virginia {Trimble} Pelphrey. Suzan is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Pelphrey. She is survived by her mother, Virginia, siblings Bruce (Lisa) Pelphrey of Tipp City and Sheila (Alan) Leathers of Columbus and numerous nieces and nephews.

Suzan had a joyful spirit and a wide range of passions. She loved music of all kinds, dancing, and treasured time with her family. She enjoyed swimming, had a fondness for unicorns, loved watching Little House on the Prairie, cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats, and savoring her favorite meals from McDonald's.

A visitation will be held at 2:00 PM until time of service at 4:00 PM, Monday, October 20, 2025 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Pastor Hollie VanHoose officiating. Burial at Lakeview Cemetery, Paintsville, Kentucky at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
