Welch, Steven "Steve" Anthony age 53 of Troy, Ohio passed away Monday, August 14, 2023. He was born June 28, 1970 in Lima, Ohio to Thomas Richard and Julie {Barry} Welch. Steve is preceded in death by his father and sister, Teresa Welch. He is survived by his mother, loving wife of 25 years Collette Renee {Speraw} Welch, children; Brittany (Jeff) Williams of Sidney, Ohio, Alicia Welch of Bellefontaine, Ohio, stepchildren; Ashley (Ryan) Hutchinson of Troy, Ohio, Michael Malone of Piqua, Ohio, Alyssa Malone of Troy, Ohio and Austin Malone of Piqua, Ohio and thirteen grandchildren.

Steve served our country in the United States Marines. He married Renee on New Year's Eve in 1998. Steve was a Staff Engineer at Honda in Anna, Ohio. He loved fishing, boating, camping at St. Mary's and traveling all around the world with his wife. Steve was a giver and put everyone before himself.  He enjoyed watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and going to BW3's. He loved being with his friends but especially loved spending time with his loving family. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 9, 2023 from Noon until 4:00 PM at the home of Steve and Lynn Hutchinson, 3760 Piqua Troy Rd., Troy, Ohio 45373. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
