Stephen Birg Lux III, age 32 of Troy, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 10, 2025. He was born September 15, 1992 in Dayton, Ohio. Stephen is preceded in death by his grandpa Billy Willoughby. He is survived by his mother Rebecca Willoughby, step-father Jeff McPheron, siblings; Kevin Lux, Matt and Emily McPheron, Nanny Judy Lux, grandma Carolyn Willoughby, aunts Rachel Willoughby and Maria Lux, cousins; Anthony, Alliyah, Alex, Raine and Sierra and his beloved nephew Kayden Lux and niece Lilly Lux. Also surviving are his best friends; Steven Smith, Scott Reckers and Ben Patzek and his cherished dog Marius.

Stephen enjoyed playing video games, nature, and spending time on his motorcycle. He was an Officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation. Even though he was known as a bit of a homebody, Stephen truly loved spending time with his family and his "work family". He was a very intelligent person and known as a big jokester. His family meant everything to him. Stephen was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM until time of service at Noon, Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Park Layne First Church of God, 8692 Bellefontaine Rd., New Carlisle, Ohio 45344. Chaplin Colonel Tim Willoughby officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
