Canode, Shirley L. age 76 of Tipp City, OH passed away at Upper Valley Hospice Unit, Troy, OH on Saturday, September 11, 2021.  Born February 18, 1945 in Springfield, OH to the late James and Martha {Bair} Sanders.  Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Canode in 1966 and brothers, Wendell and Oliver Sanders.  She is survived by her son, Michael Canode, Tipp City, OH, brothers, James Sanders, Gene Sanders and Donald (Brenda) Sanders.

Shirley worked for Dolly Toy Company.  She enjoyed yarn based crafts and reading.  Shirley was a devoted mother to her only son, Michael.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.  Contributions may be made in loving memory of Shirley to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County at  www.hospiceofmiamicounty.org  Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
