Obituary

Brown, Sharon Mae 69 of Tipp City, OH passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday , March 9, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. On this day, heaven gained a beautiful angel. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend; always putting others before herself. She had the most giving generous heart and touched many lives with her presence. She was born in Dayton, OH on May 7, 1945 to the late Daniel and Ann Marie {Pishlo} Washuk. She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 52 years, Larry E. Brown, Tipp City, daughters, Debbie and her husband James Watson, Stacy and her husband Joshua Lucas granddaughter, Kelsey (Bryce) DeWeese, grandchildren; Courtney and Tyler Stump and great grandchild, Holden James Stump all of Tipp City, OH. She is also survived by her special sister and best friend, Carolyn Jean "Beatle" and her husband Joe Winblad, Tipp City, OH, sister, Pat and her husband Ed Santos, Kettering, OH as well as many other relatives and friends. Sharon and Larry owned and operated North Dixie Parts and Service, Inc., Dayton, OH from 1981-2001; the business was started by her father. Sharon was an avid golfer and obtained 3 holes in 1 during her lifetime. She also enjoyed traveling with Larry, cooking, being outdoors and taking care of their home, but mostly she loved spending time with her family. Family and friends will gather together for a Celebration of Life at one of Sharon's favorite places; among the blossoming pears, on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at 980 Shoop Rd., Tipp City, OH. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Hospice of Miami County and ask that donations be made in loving memory of Sharon to Hospice of Miami County. Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
