Chmiel, Sandra L. age 66, of Vandalia, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Janet Cheesman. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Paul; children Colette Chmiel, Cari (David) Howell, and Stephanie (Geoff) Kantoris; her grandson, Charlie Howell; her sister Betty Kotowski; and her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Sandy was a graduate of Monmouth College. She was a loving wife, amazing mother, doting grandmother, and faithful friend. She will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
