Wehrley, Ruth Eileen age 80 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Ruth was born on July 7, 1941 in Miami County to the late Edward and Marie {Tygret} Schaefer. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Dee Lyman and Gloria Schaefer and granddaughter, Kayla Frappier. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Bob Wehrley, children; Rob (Nita) Wehrley of Dayton, Betsy (Rodney) Frappier of New Carlisle, sisters; Mary Olson of Xenia, and Carolyn (Skip) Remy of Troy, and three grandchildren; Shelby Frappier, Melissa (Zach) Guiliano, and Brandi (Dylan) Goreham.

Ruth owned and operated Whispering Oaks Gazebos with her husband for many years. She was a member of the Englewood Christian Assembly of God and the Missionettes Girls Club. She loved being a Sunday School Teacher for the Church and enjoyed escaping from the frozen Ohio winters as a "Snow Bird" to Lakeland, Florida. She was an all-around good Christian lady who loved her family very much.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. The funeral service will be the following day Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM with burial immediately following at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Pastor Tim Scarbrough officiating.
