Miller, Ruth A. 100 of Tipp City passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at SpringMeade Health Center, Tipp City. Born July 25, 1915 in Piqua, OH to Clem and Anna (Woehrle) Rengel. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Harry E. Miller in 1973, son Bob Miller, sister, Irene Scott and brother, Charles Rengel. She is survived by son, Bill (Connie) Miller, Troy, OH, grandchildren; Jean (Don) Cordonnier, Covington, OH, Chuck (Laticia) Miller, Grayslake, IL, Diane Anderson, Denver, CO, John (Johnnie) Miller, Lexington, KY and Mark (Sabrina) Portland, OR and 7 great grandchildren. Ruth was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City. She had worked for many years as a legal secretary before going to work for Springhill Nursery. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Zion Lutheran Church, 14 W. Walnut St., Tipp City, OH 45371; Pastor Jeff Glawe officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Monday, May 23rd at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371 and at 10:30 AM on Tuesday before the service at the church.
