Winblad, Rosemary "Rosie" 65 of Tipp City, OH passed away in her home on Saturday December 31, 2011. Born November 23, 1946 in Mt. Sterling KY to George and Virginia {White} Turley. She is preceded in death by her father; George Turley, and sister; Lark Hunnewell. She is survived by her mother; Virginia Turley, Tipp City, Son; Eric Winblad, Tipp City, Brother; Steven Turley and his wife Sherri, Huber Heights, OH, brother in-law; Richard Hunnewell, Simi Valley, CA and 1 niece. Rosie was a licensed realtor and a floral designer for Tipp Florist Shop and Oberer's Flowers. She also believed herself to be the "inventor of chicken wings" Funeral service 8:00 PM Thursday January 5, 2012 FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W.
