Neibert, Richard Alan age 82 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026. He was born July 15, 1943, to the late Earl Neibert and Marseille Foster. He served in the US Army, 2nd Division 72nd Armor from 1966-1969. Richard made a career as a Purchasing Agent at various companies including Hobart/KitchenAid, Keyes Fiber, Shop Smith, SK Mold & Tool, and GE Aviation. He is also remembered for running several businesses, including Miami Miniatures (making and selling miniature metal figures), Red Barn Antiques and Unique’s and CR Hobbies. He was a history buff with a BS degree in History from Miami University, enjoyed dressing as a Revolutionary Soldier for local events, and volunteered at the Miami Valley Veterans Museum.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Cheryl Neibert and grandson Kevin Dulceak Jr. He is survived by his son Robert Neibert and wife Holly, Lynette Griswold, Spencer Griswold and wife Becky, Donna Dulceak and husband Kevin, and brother Dave Neibert and wife Ann. Also surviving are grandchildren; Connor and Shaun Neibert, Brooke, Erica, Morgan, Nicholas, Courtney and Wyatt Griswold, Amber and April Dulceak, great-granddaughter Elizabeth Hawkins, and niece Ashley Laura and husband Scott.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM, Friday, April 10, 2026 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. A Graveside Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
