Locke, Richard I. age 78 of West Milton, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023. Born June 9, 1944 in Covington, Kentucky to Paul B. and Gertrude {Casper} Locke. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife; Shirley Locke, son; Michael Locke and brother William Locke. Richard is survived by sons; David P. Locke and Jason (Amber) Locke both of West Milton, Ohio and brother Robert (Melva) Locke of Tipp City, Ohio.

Richard was a 1962 graduate of Fairborn High School. He served his country in the United States Navy. Richard loved motorcycles, the outdoors and traveling to Spain but what he loved more than anything was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Funeral service 10:30 AM Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Newcomers Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio.
