Clutter, Raymond E. age 69 of Troy, OH passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his home.  Born January 13, 1951 in Troy, OH to the late Robert E. and Julia M. {Studebaker} Clutter.  He is also preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Ann {Curtis} Clutter, brothers, Robert, Richard Clutter and brother in-law, Sam Curtis.  Raymond is survived by his brother in-law, Rex L. Curtis, Wylie, TX nephew, Sheldon (Andrea) Clutter, Howard, OH and nieces, Ronda Clutter, Vandalia, OH and Christa (Rick) Clutter-Gibbons, Troy, OH.

Raymond was a 1969 graduate of Troy High School and worked for General Telephone Company for many years.  He was a fan of NASCAR, Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Reds and enjoyed fishing.
