Hefelfinger, Randall 67 of Vandalia, passed away at Hospice of Dayton on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Born April 6, 1947 in Phillipsburg, OH to the late Cleo and Catherine R. {Walters} Hefelfinger. He is survived by his wife; Becky McCarty, daughters; Katie Hefelfinger and her boyfriend; Greg Harris, Dublin, OH and Kristyn Hefelfinger and her fiancAC.e, Alex Wiltermood, West Richland, Washington. Randall earned his undergraduate at UCLA and Arizona State and his Masters Degree (Education) in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. He was a Human Resources Manager and ISO Management Systems Manager for French Oil Mill & Machinery for 39 years. A former member of the Piqua Country Club and an active member in the Western Ohio Personnel Association and Member Management Team at French Oil. Randall was also a volunteer with the Piqua Business and Industry Partner program that included reading and tutoring with grade school and children with special needs. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, May 9, 2014 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Randall to Hospice of Dayton or Montgomery County Humane Society.
