Celia, Rachael Jade, 21 of West Milton passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Born November 6, 1994 in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She is survived by her mother, Stephanie {Merkle} and her husband, Jeff Fugate, West Milton, OH, brother, Brad Celia and fiancAC.e Chelsie Burchett, Tipp City, OH, niece, Hailee Celia. Also surviving are grandparents; Cherryl {Mark} Heffernan, Tipp City, OH, Stan Merkle, Ocala, FL, aunts and uncles; Jen & John Cook, Stan Merkle II all of Tipp City, Heather Merkle, Huber Heights, cousins; Kyle (Kara) Colbert, Dustin Colbert, Chelsea Colbert, Andrea Goodwin, Casey Crosby, Micah Morgan and her best friend, Morgan Peacock. Rachael attended CTC where she studied Medical Office Management. She had played softball for Tippecanoe High School; she enjoyed singing and dancing and loved all music. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 25, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
