Osborne, Phyllis J. 77, of Troy, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Rehab and Nursing Center at Spring Creek, Huber Heights, Ohio. Born October 14, 1934 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Ray and Fern dSexton. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband James L. Osborne. She is survived by her loving children; Stephen and his wife Joeatta Osborne, Kettering, Ohio, and Brion Osborne, Troy, Ohio along with sister; Shirley Bryant, and brothers; Richard Sexton and Norman Sexton all of Portsmouth, Ohio, as well as her grandchildren; Natalie and Nathas Osborne and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at the Tipp City Church of the Nazarene, where Phyllis had been a faithful member, Pastor Bradley Warkentine officiating, burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
