Conley, Phyllis Ann, 78 of Tipp City passed away at her home on Friday, January 31, 2014. Born March 29, 1935 in Paintsville, KY to Marvel and Alka {Williams} McKenzie who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband; Buell Conley, son; Phillip and his wife Mary Conley, Tipp City and brother; Roger and his wife Lovell McKenzie along with 2 grandchildren; Laura Byrd and Phillip Anthony Conley and great granddaughter; Mikayla Byrd. Phyllis attended the Freewill Baptist Church and was a woman of many talents. She will be missed by her dear family and friends.
