Karadak, Phillip Glen, 50 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Grandview Medical Center, Dayton, OH. Born January 16, 1964 in Dayton, OH to the late Michael A. and Betty Jean {Troutwine} Karadak. He is also preceded in death by a sister, Theresa K. Karadak. He is survived by his sister, Angela Keeton, Tipp City and brother, Michael J. (Stacy) Karadak, Troy, OH along with nieces and nephews. Phillip was a 1982 graduate of Tippecanoe High School, and proudly served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Private family service.
