Adkins, Paul age 60 of Tipp City, OH passed away at his home on Friday, July 01, 2016. Born August 7, 1955 in Greenup, KY to Clifford and Opal Madge {Coburn} Adkins. He is preceded in death by his parents, twin sister, Pauline Rogers and infant sister, Joyce Ann Adkins Paul is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Cynthia "Cindy" {Baker} Adkins, Tipp City, daughter, Michelle (Joe) Kennedy, Fletcher, NC, brother, Billy Adkins, Troy, OH and sister, Betty (Rich) Weethee, Tipp City, OH and 3 special grandsons, Joseph, Nathan and Alec Kennedy, Fletcher, NC Paul was a proud member of the NRA, enjoyed fishing and all kinds of cars and loved his grandchildren and spending time with family. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371; burial to follow in Maple Hill, Cemetery, Tipp City, OH. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Paul to Hospice of Miami County.
