He is survived by his father; Michael and his wife Polly (Thomas) Folk, Tipp City, mother; Mary and her husband Gene Sabel, Troy, children; Kaitlyn F. and Nicholas Folk, Minneapolis, MN, twin brother; Michael E. and his wife Rose Folk, Centerville, OH, brother; Steven and his wife Zenobia Folk, West Milton, OH, half brother; Gary Sabel, Carlisle, PA and niece; Paige Folk.
