Patricia A. Gallagher of Tipp, OH passed away at Miami Valley Miami Hospital on January 17th, 2014 after a long battle with COPD and Congestive Heart Failure. Pat was born in Troy, Ohio on December 4, 1948 to the late Stanley & Helen Preston. She married the late Gary C. Gallagher in 1969. She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Gary C. Gallagher; Mother Helen Preston, Father Stanley Preston, and Brother Gary Preston.

She is survived by three children; Angel Lightcap-Grisez & her husband Jeff Grisez and her grandsons Nick Lightcap, Grant Grisez and Zack Grisez of Tipp City OH; Annette Randall & her fiancAC.e Chad Dietz, her grandsons Jordan Washburn & Justin Randall, her granddaughters Adrianna Dietz & Olivia Dietz of Tipp City OH as well as her son Matt Gallagher and her grandsons Zachary & Derek Gallagher of Huber Heights, OH.

A viewing will be held at Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home from 5-7pm on Tuesday January 21, 2014 with services immediately following. A short reception will be held after the services.
