Russell, Ollie K. 83 of Tipp City passed away at Springmeade Health Center, Tipp City on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. Born May 10, 1929 in Hazard, KY to Charlie and Elsie Russell. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lillie Mae Russell, siblings; Ransolle Russell, Martha Issics, Treva Wackler and Reva Campbell. He is survived by his children; Vickie and her husband Jeff Patterson, Tipp City, Faye and her husband Mark Warner, Troy, OH, Patty Sue Mullins, Yellow Springs, OH and Step-Daughter, Joyce and her husband Elmer Muncey, Branson, Missouri, siblings; H.C. "Peanut" (Alma) Russell, Hazard, KY, Billie (Thelma) Russell, Seturges, KY, Thelma Price, Danevilles, KY and Unavie Baldwin, Tipp City. Ollie proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked in maintenance for Winco, Inc., Tipp City, was a member of the VFW, Tipp City and North Dayton Anglers Club.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 10:30 AM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371, burial to follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Vandalia. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
