Miller, Odetta 86 of Tipp City, OH passed away Wednesday November 23, 2016 at her home. Born in Rose County, TN on May 3, 1930 to Roma Sidney and Rebecca Jane {Beatty} Seabolt. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Alvin Miller and son in-law, Michael Binkley. She is survived by her children; Lowell (Nylea) Miller, Troy, OH, Jane Binkley, Tipp City, OH, and Jeff Miller, Tipp City, OH 2 grandchildren, Jeff Binkley and Tarra Miller and 5 great grandchildren, Cami Cromwell, Jeffrey Binkley, Malaika, Isa and Jesus Miller. Odette was a member of the Christian Chapel, enjoyed cooking and dearly loved her family. Funeral services will be held at Noon on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH; Pastor Steve Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Vandalia, OH. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, November 28, 2016 and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the family for final expenses.
