Wellborn, Norma D. age 70 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Hospice of Miami County.  Born April 29, 1948 in Peebles, OH to the late Roy Arthur and Garnet G. {Seagraves} Workman.  Also preceding her in death are two brothers; Verle and Larry Workman.  Norma is survived by her daughter, Patricia Helton, Tipp City, OH and son, Timothy W. Wellborn, Troy, OH, brother, Gene Stewart, Galion, OH, sister Margarite Morgan, Kentucky and sister in-law, Evelyn Workman, Florida.  Also surviving are five grandchildren; Randall Wellborn, Jessica Helton, Leon Helton Jr., Timothy Wellborn and Tiffany Wellborn, as well as 3 great grandchildren.

No services are scheduled at this time.  In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to help with funeral expenses.  Donations may be paid directly to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
