Partin, Norma Jean (Cail), age 80 of Tipp City, Ohio

A native of Eaton, Ohio, she was a 1948 graduate of Eaton High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morton and Ruth Cail, brothers, William and Lloyd Cail and daughter Lisa Jane Partin.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James L. Partin, and 8 children, daughter, Linda Sue Geyler (Arthur) of Machesney Park, Ill., son, Robert Michael Partin (Elizabeth) of Paducah, Ky., son, Gary Wayne Partin of Huber Heights, Oh., daughter, Rebecca Jean Wright (Gregory) of Flagstaff, Arizona, daughter, Mary Ann Glantz (Michael) of Kettering, Oh., son, James Brian Partin (Christine) of Germantown, Oh., daughter, Melissa Marie Partin of Maineville, Oh., and son, Eric Scott Partin (Angela) of Waldorf, Md.

Also survived by 7 grandchildren, Laura Partin of Chicago, Ill., Adam Partin of Louisville, Ky., Heather and Benjamin Geyler of Machesney Park, Ill., Jeremy Partin of Miamisburg, Oh., Mikayla and Conner Partin of Germantown, Oh. Additionally survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Although a homemaker by name, she wore the hat of teacher, nurse, disciplinarian, cook, referee, and secretary everyday. Her life was her family and she took great pride in her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Funeral service 11 AM Friday, May 7, 2010 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371, burial to follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Vandalia, Ohio. Visitation 5 to 8 PM on Thursday May 6, 2010 at the funeral home.

The family asks that donations be made to the American heart Association, American Diabetic Association, and the Bethel Township Rescue Squad in Norma's memory.
