Mitchell, Norma Louise age 92 of Tipp City, Ohio found peace in the arms of her Heavenly Father, December 16, 2023. She was born February 2, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio to Charles and Marie (Nemec) McKinney. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marie McKinney, her sister Barbara Potterf, her husbands, Robert E. Bilinski, Sr and Collis William Mitchell, her partner of many years, James E.P. Sullivan and her nephew, Mitchell Potterf. She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Peters Barros and son, Robert E. "Reb" (Lisa) Bilinski Jr. She loved her grandchildren, Jason (Katina) Peters and their children; Grace, Owen and Luke, Jonikka Peters, Brandon Peters, Rob (Cheryl) Bilinski and their children; Emily, J.J. and Elena and Alex (Tiffanie) and their children, Lincoln, Audrey and Ava. Also, she loved being an aunt to her niece, Lucy Potterf Tillman and nephews, Chuck, Mark, Joe and William Potterf.

Norma was a graduate of Kiser High School class of 1949 and attended classes at Wright State University where she earned her realtor's license. Her career included Administrative Secretary at Sheffield Bendix Corporation, Administrative Assistant to County Commissioner, Donna Moon, and Bailiff of the Dayton City Courts. She was a member of the Tipp City Senior Citizens and loved to read, play cards, Bingo, Rumikub, dine out and travel. She was a lifetime member of Kiser Alumni Association, VFW Auxiliary and Grand Squares Dance Club.

Visitation will be held 10:30 AM until time of service at 11:30 AM Thursday December 21, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
