Obituary

Cook, Nancy E. age 74, of Tipp City passed away on Saturday March 19, 2016. Born May 26, 1941 in Tipp City, Ohio to John and Ellen (Cost) Honeyman. Preceded in death by her parents, her sister Joanne and her husband Ralph Grigsby and her brother-in-law Jim Gossett. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Larry Cook, daughters Tina Cook of Tipp City, and Gail (Paul Eugene) Blackburn of New Carlisle. Also surviving is her sister Betty Gossett of Tipp City, her grandsons Joshua (Anna) Blackburn and Jonathan Blackburn, Great Grandsons Samuel and Philip Blackburn. Nancy was a retired elementary school teacher from Tipp City Schools. While working at the schools she was voted Teacher of the Year. Nancy was a Lay pastor and a very active member of Ginghamsburg Church. She was also part of Tipp Jaycettes. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids whom she loved so very much.

Funeral service for Nancy will be held Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Ginghamsburg Church Main Campus 6759 S. County Rd. 25A, Tipp City, at 10:00AM. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00PM Tuesday at Ginghamsburg South Campus and one hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday. Contributions can be made in loving memory of Nancy to the Ginghamsburg Church Memorial Fund. Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
