Waters, Myrtle N. 83 of Troy, Ohio passed away Wednesday October 20, 2010 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Born June 29, 1927 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Cortice Deverle and Ada Elizabeth {Byers} Kindell. Also preceding her in death are her husband; Robert C. Waters Sr. in 1996, son; Vernon Keith Jess and brother; Roy Kindell. She is survived by her children; Dixie L. and her husband Charles Vanchure Sr., Troy, OH, step-daughter; Melody Ann Scott, WV, step-son; Robert C. Waters, IL, brother; Florend (Betty) Kindell, TX, Stanley (Doris) Kindell Van Wert, OH, 11 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Myrtle owned and operated her own janitorial business, and was a member of the Redman Lodge Auxiliary. Private family services will be held at a later time.
