Woerl, Mary John age 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 28, 2021, at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She was born in Monterey, TN on August 13, 1946 to James and Ruth (Whitaker) Sutton.  She grew up in Dayton, OH and graduated from Belmont High School.  She married the love of her life, Doug Woerl on November 27, 1965.  For a living, Mary worked as an executive administrative assistant for many years, including a lengthy career at Ball Aerospace. Everyone who knew Mary loved her for her charitable spirit and positive outlook on life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Woerl, father, James Sutton and survived by her mother, Ruth Sutton, her son Jason and daughter-in-law Suzanne Woerl, two grandsons, Jack and Tyler as well as countless cousins and dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a casual gathering to celebrate Mary's life on 19 June between 2pm and 5pm at 588 Tallow Tree Way in Tipp City Ohio, we will start with a prayer and memorial at 3pm.
