Patton, Marilyn Kay, 78 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away with her family by her side at Upper Valley Medical Center on June 25, 2021. She was born February 18, 1943 in Troy, Ohio to Kenneth and Dorothy (Smith) Magill. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ronald M. Patton Sr, sister Delores Hicks and son in law Greg Nichols.

She is survived by her children; Lisa Patton of Tipp City, Ronald (Holly) Patton Jr of Casstown, Teresa Nichols of Tipp City. She is "Grandma Margarita" to six grandchildren; Matt Nichols, Dustin Nichols, Allie Patton, Jenna Patton, Mitchell Vernon and Olivia Patton. And "Gigi" to 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Marty Price, numerous nieces and nephews and her very dear friend Linda Kelch.

Marilyn was a warehouse clerk at Trophy Nut for 46 years. She was an avid lover of camping, the beach and going on cruises.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00PM, on Friday, July 2, 2021 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 West Main Street, Tipp City, Ohio 45371, burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, Ohio.
