Holl, Mae G. (Grooms) 96, returned to her heavenly home on December 10, 2015. Mae was born to the late Kenneth and Lavina {Blue} Grooms in Agosta, OH on April 15, 1919. After her mother's death, Mae and her twin sister Marie, were raised by their Aunt and Uncle, Clarence and Dorothy {Mills} Grooms and grew up in Dayton, Ohio. Mae was married to the late, Raymond B. Holl, Jr. She is survived by daughter, Judith Hanshaw, sons, Jerry & Nancy {Holderman} Holl, Thomas & Pam {Wills} Holl, Michael & Sara {McClain} Holl, and Ronald Holl, brothers, David Grooms and James (Betty) Grooms, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, aunt and uncle, husband, infant son, Alan Holl, twin sister, Marie Ellinger, son in-law, Phillip Hanshaw and sister in-law, Charlotte Grooms. Mae was a 70 year member of Tipp City United Methodist Church and a member of Eastern Star. She worked at the Miami County Courthouse, was a homemaker and a nanny to numerous families in the area. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, December 14, 2015 at Tipp City United Methodist Church, 8 W. Main St., Tipp City; Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Vandalia, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in loving memory of Mae to Hospice of Miami County.
