Fultz, Madeline age 89 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Born February 23, 1933 in Jackson Furnace, Ohio to Warren and Emma {Clark} Williams. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Kendle Fultz  and siblings; Kathleen Virgin, Mildred Weyant, Carl Williams, Warren Williams Jr., Evert Williams, Johnny Williams, Ray Williams, Laura Jackson and Grace Hoke. Madeline is survived by her children; Kenneth (Sharon) Fultz and Dianna (Rick) Gilbert all of Tipp City, grandchildren; Elizabeth (Mike) James, Erin (Brandon) Swank and Brandon Gilbert and great grandchildren; Emily James, Lucas Swank and Carson Swank.

Madeline liked working on puzzle books, fishing and watching the show Survivor. She loved spending time with her family especially going to her grandkids events.

Visitation will be 10:30 AM until time of service at 11:30 AM, Wednesday January 4, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Madeline to the American Heart Association.
