Roeth, Luther W. age 81 of Tipp City died Tuesday July 6, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton. Born July 23, 1928 in Piqua, Ohio to Ralph and Zeldia {Rhoades} Roeth. He was preceded in death by his parents; Ralph and Zeldia,son;James Roeth, sister; Marie Myers, brother;Robert Roeth. He his survived by his wife of 37 years Laura {Sebold} Roeth of Tipp City, children; Connie (Gary) Bonifas, Sidney, Bill (Julie) Roeth, Piqua, Bill (Yvonne) Selsor, Troy, Harry (Shirley) Selsor, Jacksonville, FL, Trudy Hamilton, Columbus, OH, Edward (Dina) Sebold, South Hampton, PA, Gregory (Colleen) Sebold, Sacramento, CA, Brian Sebold, Tipp City, and Mary (James) Miles, Penrose, CO, brother in-law; Chuck Myers, Troy and sister in-law; Jo'Ann Roeth, Piqua, as well as 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Luther was a retired accountant from Hobart Brothers Corp., Troy, also a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City, a vending machine attendant for AVI, and because he grew up on a farm and had a love for farming he assisted his wife with area farmer's markets in Piqua and Troy. Service will be 10:30 am on Wednesday July 14, 2010 at Zion Lutheran Church, North West corner of Third and Main St. Tipp City. Visitation 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday July 13th at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Contributions may be made in Luther's name to the Zion Church building fund.
